Althuraya provides digital invitation design, delivery, guest management, RSVP tools, analytics, and related event communication services for private and business customers.

You must provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account and for ensuring that authorized users comply with these Terms.

Althuraya retains ownership of the Services, branding, templates, software, and related materials except for content you lawfully provide.
You grant Althuraya a limited license to host, process, and display customer content solely to operate and deliver the Services.
The Services are provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Althuraya disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
Althuraya is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services beyond the limits permitted by applicable law.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, or fail to pay applicable fees.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
